Our Remote IT Support service allows us to fix most computer issues quickly and conveniently without needing to visit your home. Using secure remote access tools, our certified technicians can resolve up to 70–80% of common IT problems — including software errors, system slowdowns, application installation, virus removal, and network configuration. This service is ideal for urgent fixes, small issues, or when you simply want the problem solved without waiting for an on-site visit. All remote sessions are carried out securely, with your permission, and you can watch the process in real time. What’s Included: - Secure Remote Connection: Access via encrypted and approved remote support software. - Software Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix operating system errors, crashes, and performance issues. - Virus & Malware Removal: Scan and remove harmful software without a physical visit. - Application Installation & Updates: Install new programs or update existing ones for security and performance. - Network & Wi-Fi Configuration: Adjust settings to improve speed, stability, and security. - Guided Support: Step-by-step assistance if you prefer to carry out tasks yourself. Pricing: - Remote Session Fee: £40 for the first 30 minutes, then £20 per additional 15 minutes. - Parts: Not applicable unless additional hardware is required (in which case on-site service may be needed). - Urgent Same-Day Service: No surcharge for remote support — subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Confirmation & Modifications: Once your booking is confirmed via our online system, you may modify or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled date and time at no additional cost. 2. Cancellations Within 24 Hours: If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, a £20 late cancellation fee will apply. 3. Internet Connection Requirements: You must ensure you have a reliable and stable internet connection during your appointment. Without this, we may not be able to establish a secure remote session, which could result in delays or the need to reschedule. 4. Issue Resolution Limitations: While up to 70–80% of IT issues can be resolved remotely, some problems may require an on-site visit. If this is the case, we will inform you of any additional costs before proceeding, and it is entirely your decision whether to go ahead. 5. Labour Warranty: We provide a 90-day labour warranty for the specific issue resolved during the remote session. If the same issue reoccurs within 90 days, we will provide further assistance at no additional labour cost. If the issue is unrelated, our standard remote support rates will apply. 6. Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking via our secure online payment portal. No other forms of payment are accepted for remote support sessions. Sessions will not be confirmed until payment has been received in full. 7. No Fix, No Fee: If we cannot resolve the issue remotely and you choose not to proceed with an on-site repair, you will receive a full refund of your remote support fee (minus any applicable late cancellation charges).
